These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reassure Support website and platform located at reassuresupport.services, operated by Reassure Support, a sole trader based in Queensland, Australia.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Reassure Support is a directory and connection platform for the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) community in Australia. We facilitate connections between NDIS participants, support workers, and registered providers. We are not an NDIS registered provider ourselves and do not directly provide support services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Support workers listed on our platform must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance. Providers must hold current NDIS registration. By submitting your profile, you confirm these requirements are met.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform.
By creating a profile on Reassure Support, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your profile information to other registered users of the platform for the purposes of facilitating connections within the NDIS community.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including submitting forged or invalid identity documents — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the platform and referral to relevant authorities.
You may request removal of your profile at any time by contacting us.
Support workers and providers are required to submit identity and compliance documents as part of the registration process. By submitting these documents, you:
Reassure Support reserves the right to reject or remove any profile where document verification cannot be completed or where documents are found to be invalid.
You agree not to:
Reassure Support is a directory and connection platform only. We do not employ support workers, and we are not a party to any agreement formed between users of the platform. Any arrangement made between a participant, support worker, or provider through our platform is solely between those parties.
We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or conduct of any user listed on our platform. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Reassure Support is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to any arrangements made between users, reliance on information in any profile, or interruption to the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our platform is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 12 months prior to the claim.
All content on the Reassure Support platform, including the website design, logo, text, and software, is the property of Reassure Support and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.
Our platform may offer an AI-powered voice assistant ("Emma") to assist users with enquiries. Conversations with Emma may be recorded and stored for quality assurance and service improvement purposes. By interacting with Emma, you consent to this recording and storage.
Emma is an automated assistant and does not provide professional advice of any kind. Any information provided by Emma should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or NDIS-specific advice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
